Dad visited me this weekend so I took him out to a decent local place. I had snails to start and then a pretty delicious assiette of pork.

Fleurie to drink with the pork. Not a brilliant one at all, but OK enough.

I'm currently baking some chicken breasts (dredged in olive oil, crushed garlic, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs -- not in that order, mind you) to go alongside some fresh corn and baked potatoes.

Tonight I made meatloaf and tossed salad. The meatloaf was rather tasty I must say.

We had my brothers birthday party last night so there was pulled pork, BBQ drumsticks, BBQ potatoes, greek salad, fresh bread, and we had this amazing chocolate cheesecake for dessert.
