Awesome response! I might have to rename the thread to just What Did You Have for Dinner? Tonight I had the same thing as last night along with a coke. No dessert tonight, last night I had a bowl of vanilla ice cream with Hershey's Chocolate Sauce on it...let it melt for a bit (I love melted ice cream) and it was awesome.

I was out and hungry on the way home, so I picked up a KFC Zinger meal. I am a bad girl.

I am in Seattle at my sister and brother-in-law's for the holiday. We had pretty standard 4th of July fare: salmon and corn from the backyard grill, cantaloupe, fresh-squeezed lemonade, and homemade strawberry rhubarb pie. I'm stuffed to the brim.

Do you make the hummus yourself? And if so, do you have a good recipe? I've wanted to learn to make hummus for awhile now, but don't want to experiment with all the different recipes online because my husband's not a huge fan so I'd end up having to eat it all myself.

Nah, we buy the containers from Costco. Pretty good, though. Really good, though.

For 4th of July we BBQ'd steak, chicken, hamburgers, and hot dogs, and had some corn on the cob and baked potatoes as well. It was splendificent.

Last night I was at my friend's annual July 4 bash. Beer-soaked brauts on the grill, side salads and s'mores over an outdoor fire. Yummy.

Had some grilled chicken, rice with asparagus, squash and potatoes, and some wonderful little puffs that tasted like quiche. Yummy.

I normally don't eat square meals at all, but my girlfriend came over this weekend and we cooked. Rib-eye steaks with salad and pasta salad last night. Bell peppers stuffed with ground beef in Marinara sauce tonight and greek salad tonight..

I skipped it too. Had a very heavy tikka and rice lunch, so dinner was out of the question.

Last night I had my usual sunday fare of steamed vegetables. This week was a medley of new potatoes, broccoli, red kidney beans, red peppers and red onion, a little gravy, and seasoned with various spices. I think I chose cardamon, chilli, paprika and ginger... but I can't remember now.

I have some left for tonight. I'm not sure what I'm going to have with it yet.
