^ Yum

I went over to my parents last night for dinner and had home made Lassenga with butternut squash and salad. We also had homemade boiled bread pudding with orange sauce. All three were fantastic.

BBQ glazed chicken, bisquits, potatoes & gravy and peas.

For some reason we have been eating better these days lol.

Vegetable samosa, with a side of mixed greek olives with a basil and garlic dressing.

The somasa was absolute murder to digest.

Went out to Subway and I got myself a foot long Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki with cucumbers and extra bacon along with four cookies.

The res hall director's wife made Christmas dinner for all the RA's.... Turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, and sweet potatoes.

WOW! That was very nice of them!

Big dish of pasta with homemade sauce. And fresh hot italian bread with butter. A killer of a meal for my arteries.

Made myself a double cheese burger and seasoned sliced potatoes...baked not fried though.

Lovely homemade soup with big chunks of fresh bread to dip in.

celery, onion, red peppers, lentils, fennel, a couple of tomatoes and a few noodles.

Enough for tomorrow :bolian:

Another homemade soup lover! I just adore making soup -- it's so healthful, thrifty, and I can be so creative. I was at a loss what to cook today when I realized I had all teh fixings for my mom's spinach soup. Just an onion, a lot of spinach, chicken stock, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and it really turns out amazing.
