Homemade beef stew with blueberry muffins for dessert.
My mom always used to make blueberry muffins with beef (or venison) stew. Is it an Oregon thing, or just a coincidence?
Regardless, sounds great!
To be honest, I never really thought about it. It just seems right though.
Iron enriched pasta with marinara sauce, and green beans.
I had fried clams at Captain D's last night.
We had leftover taco matter for dinner. Stamp white trash on my forehead.
Roast pork, creamed corn and red beans and rice.

Elmo made this GREAT dish last night with a bunch of stuff laying around: thrown into a can of cream of chicken soup went some leftover linguine, fresh squash, a bunch of cheddar cheese, minced onions and garlic all thick and delicious and melty
It was meatloaf again last night.
Cooked up some chilli for lunch which I had with some green salad & crusty bread. I think there's enough left to last several days...
Off out a bit later tonight; not quite sure what we're doing for dinner.
Tonight I plan to have wine, some more wine, a mixed drink or two, with maybe a salad, and then some more wine.
Left over souvlaki-I vacuum sealed and froze the left over marinated chicken, pita and some of the tzatziki (which didn't feeze perfectly, but wasn't TOO too bad) from our little party a couple weeks ago. It was kinda good, as left overs go.
I stumbled on my diet. I made chocolate pancakes. So...not so much a stumble as an epic fall.

Just had some bowls of grits for breakfast.
made some strips out of chicken breast for seasoning and deep fry. Cream of chicken soup in rice with carrots and mushrooms on the side and a home made apple pie hehe
