Stir-fried pork with leeks and bell peppers, chinese style.

Steak marinated in a marinade I made - mainly shallots, soy sauce, and brown sugar.

Had couscous with some veggies thrown in as well.

Also made a cranberry pie the other day I had for dessert.

Leftover pizza pulled out of the freezer and reheated in the oven. It was just like new (as opposed to nuking in the microwave and getting a soggy blob).
