Last night was pork and new potatoes with Asiago cheese.
Grapes and dates... I did not feel like cooking.
A steak with caramelized onions and mushrooms on top, sprinkled with Vermont Cabot cheese. Yes I did make this myself.
Grilled salmon and salad.
A dish of microwavable brown rice and some diet soda on ice.
Homemade beefaroni, corn on the cob, and a beer.
Grilled cheese. Chips and salsa.
Chicken Pot Pie.
Grilled pork chops with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables
Tilapia, rice and green beans.
Takeout chicken wraps, fries and diet soda.
I ate some leftover Pepper Steak
Have been sick the last couple of days. I just had toast.
Gonna make Seafood & Cashew Masala for dinner very soon. Normally I would use chicken, but gonna try something different. With some steamed beans, and serving it over some rice.
Veal chops with wild mushrooms, Garlic fried spinach fettucini, and a ceasar salad.
Pork chop, mashed potatoes, and some fresh fruit.
Went to my parents and had Roast Chicken with roast veggies.
Greek salad and a glass of chianti.
Chicken and bowtie pasta.
