Shop bought pizza base (came home too late and too tired to make my own) topped with fresh mozzarella, pesto, sundried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, courgette, and green olives in garlic and herbs. Finally sprinkled with oregano and black pepper. Definitely one to do again.

Pasta with White Sausage Sauce. I'm basically cooking everything from Mark Bittman's "How to Cook Everything" one recipe at a time.

This was pretty good, and is a very simple recipe.

A truly spectacular stew, made from virtually every leftover meat and vegetable in the house. Chicken, bacon, pasta, tomato, parsnip, sweet potato, celery, onion, beans, and all kinds of spices. OM NOM NOM! I love making soup. :)
