What are you watching?

I just finished the first season of In Treatment. Absolutely mind-blowing. It was just so, so amazing. I laughed during it and I cried during it.

I am watching a wildlife documentary seies - Wild Africa. So far it has been very interesting and I have seen some animals I have never seen on film before.

I have been either re-recording old VHS shows on DVD or acquiring replacements and watching some of them. I have recently watched the whole Quatermass series, Invaders from Mars and remake back-to-back, and Earth vs the Flying Saucers.

RAMA

^ Aaaahhh, but not when you know what it is.

Baaaaaack in the Seventies, Lol Creme and Kevin Godley left 10CC to work on an electronic device called the Gizmo (basically a bowing device for electric guitar strings) and to write a bunch of songs that became the basis of the concept album Consequences. In thiose days, when I smoked lots of drugs, it was amazing.

The basic plot: Nature gets pissed off with what Mankind is doing to the Earth, and decides to strike back. Only one piece of music, in 17 movements, can soothe the irate forces.

The av is from the cover, and is really the clouds forming an angry face, the moon a single baleful eye...

And looking round the world today, with global warming and stuff, maybe those guys were onto something.

Inspired by a post on this board (and to get away from all this hype about some dead pop singer) I put on the second series of Torchwood.

Best thing ever: I didn't even know that I hadn't seen the second episode yet :bolian:

Have you managed to get to the Alan Dale episode and beyond yet?

Third ep was also new to me

Alan Dale

Don't know who that is, but I'm putting on Meat now (I know I've seen that one though!)

You know... Charles Widmore from "LOST", Jim Prescott from "24", him from countless other US TV shows... but forever Jim Robinson from "Neighbours".

He's in Reset with another familiar face. :)

Meat was such a sweet episode. ;)

I am watching "Serenity" on DVD and am fixing to watch another movie later on. :) I got tired of all the MJ memorial crap on TV(they're taking practically all of our channels today!) so decided to watch a great movie. :)
