Mum and I've just come home from a gigantic meal in one of the local beach promenade restaurants. (I had the buffalo mozarella salad w. tomato, olives and capers and the grilled swordfish, mum had the tuna salad with a FANTASTIC Balsamico dressing and the chicken in a creamy mushroom sauce (why am I writing about menus when all I wanted so say is that we now are sharing a bottle of the local Champagne and enjoying it tremendously!)

I just finished a three-taquito combo plate from Campos Burritos in Santa Monica. It was damn tasty for cheap Mexican food.

Red wine and a home made rice krispie square. They're great together - who knew?
