I put a cup of water between this cup and that cup of coffee.. just cause it's like a diuretic effects or something .. ;)

I', now dining on a nice green chicken salad I've been thinking about since I bought the ingredients at the supermarket earlier today.

Veggie patty on honey oat bread with avocado, tomato, lettuce, and jalapenos. Iced black coffee.

Sausage links, some multigrain toast and diet soda.
