Right now I’m having chocolate chip cookies while sipping some apple juice.

Shaved ham and havarti sandwich on whole wheat, with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and honey mustard. Yum.

And water!

Went out to Rockfish for dinner; had a very nice grilled flounder, with asparagus and rice.

I just ate a very small steak. I'm trying to eat more red meat but after a couple days of tiny portions of it I get very put off. Even covering it in cracked pepper didn't disguise the flesh element.

Getting over the flu, and the only thing I seem to be able to stomach is canned mandarin orange segments... so nom.

Diet Coke, nectar of the gods. I just had a friend lecture me today about the horrible health evils of diet coke which gave me an awful craving for it. It's delicious.

I'm drinking one of those Starbucks Via instants. My MIL solemnly told me that they were "exactly like drinking Starbucks in the store" which is why they cost about 15 times more than any other instant.

I agree with her, they are just as disgusting, burnt and flavorless as Starbucks made in the store.
