It takes forever to make a good tomato-sauce

But it's worth the effort! *drool*

having a slice of Emmental cheese till supper is ready: homemade pasta with homemade pesto (sowed tons of basil and never expected it all to germinate - which it did - so that I now have trouble to eat it as fast as it grows back LOL)

And I've just had a big helping of second-day tomato sauce -that's even better
