I can't decide whether I should go out and get another HDD or just stay 'in' and enjoy that the temperatures, normally associated with this season, have finally arrived.

I'm leaning towards staying put though.... that way I can have coffee!

It takes forever to make a good tomato-sauce

But then, all that slow simmering does make a fantastic meal out of nothing much but tomato-paste and beef.

Think it might be ready in 30-50 minutes...
