Mini quiche (broccoli, pea, and cheddar), yogurt, coffee.

Love mac and cheese.
Today its left-over Costco Pizza. and I drink three of those Smart waters a day. same bottle of course.

I drink coffee every now and then as a treat. but I don't drink it religiously, the caffeine doesn't do anything for me, I have lots of natural energy if i care to use it.

Tomorrow I will go for a run...
