Oh, it's one of my favorites! Especially good with all natural peanut butter. Just slice up the apple and smear it on. Instant yum!

Believe it or not, I am drinking champagne.
Nothing expensive. Just a half bottle of Moët et Chandon.
But I just had to splurge. Because the marking is done, and the grades for this term have been entered.
And because, with my sabbatical this year, I won't have to teach for another sixteen months.
