Just got home from a traditional North Carolina meal with the inlaws. BBQ, fried chicken, popcorn shrimp, Brunswick stew, boiled potatoes, slaw, corn sticks, hushpuppies, pineapple upside down cake, sweet iced tea.
I ate sparingly and still feel ill.

Today I made Braised Pork Ragu
Its really good.
I used the last of my chicken stock for this recipe so I'm making a new stock today as well.
