As with all other ethnic foods; you'll just have to wait for the day the first middle easterners open a grill in your neck of the woods.
There was a time when I only knew Kebab from London and Germany, but once our local middle eastern population had reached critical mass it became impossible to throw a stone without hitting three kebab-places -even here!

Another Diet Pepsi, and some leftover carnitas nachos with sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, and onion.
