Gonna try New Zealand Beef tonight (fingers crossed) with some "Chicago Steak Seasoning" from Penzeys. Mashed 'Taters and Broccoli, and an Amuzing, Yet Really Cheap "Merlot" from the good vintners at Gato Negro.
