Spaghetti with a spicy sausage sauce. Chasing it down with a soft drink.

 

A big plate of Hawaiian food before this evening's workout.

Just has some authentic chicken adobo, and mushrooms in oyster sauce. So good!

Made a ham & cheddar hoagie with mayo, lettuce, banana peppers, tomato & red onion w/ some potato chips. Drinking gin + Seltzer.

 

Fish finger sandwich with ketchup. Nom

 

Chinese lunch buffet with a good friend at one of our favorite local restaurants.

 

Steak tartare at a local boutique deli. It was fantastic.

Right now, just having water, but I'm going to make some chicken tonight--gotta figure out what to do with it. Maybe Greek seasoning.
