Coffee (Ethiopian Mocha to be correct).

As a first for me, I had to make a couple of sandwiches, in a kitchen not my own, the other day. Couldn't find any mayonnaise No problem, my starving brain told me, just whip up an aioli -so I did!

I was even complimented for the resulting sarnies

Huzzah to you and your aioli, Dane! Just learned that word watching a show called "Street Eats". Killer Chow from food trucks all over the US and Canada. A lot of them incorporate aioli in their creations.

Taste like deer? I dunno. It wasn't as gamy as stuff I had in the past. My cousin and one of his sons went hunting on Thanksgiving and gave us some meat.
