Bacon Butty & Tea.
Woke up late and had a ham, cheese & tomato on rye with spicy mustard + lil bit of mayo with corn chips. Sweet tea to wash it down.
Dark Soy Lemon Garlic marinated pork ribs, mashed taters with gravy and mixed veggies. Water to drink and Goetze' "BULLS-EYES"® for desert. Sadly, they are not as good as they used to be.
Had a banana and chips for lunch. Need to figure what do to dinner. We have chicken in the fridge but Mom said she didn't want chicken tonight. I'll have to think of something.
Plain tortilla chips with dipping sauce and some diet cola.
Had some ice cream earlier; now just having some water.
I too had some HEB Creamy Creations Ice Cream and I'm drinking Gatorade now. I look forward to Bluebell being back on the shelves!
Ha! That's exactly what I had: French Vanilla (with chocolate sauce) Creamy Creations from HEB.
When Bluebell gets back into my HEB, I'm going to freakin' NUTS. I've missed their Cookies & Cream terribly, especially with the three-digit temps.
I had the Chocolate Indulgence, no additives. I prefer almost anything Bluebell though, it just has a better texture and flavor. I do go crazy for the chocolate covered cherry though.
Tonight's dinner: Ezell's spicy fried chicken, potato salad and baked beans, washed down with Coca-Cola.
Dessert shall be Snoqualmie Ice Cream, specifically their green tea ice cream with raspberry jam I made myself.
Mom and I had a nice lunch at Panera.
French vanilla coffee and a protein bar.
