As for what I'm eating: too much. It's that thing where you've stuck to your strict diet really well and done 40 miles a day cycling, and started weight training 3 days a week, and now you're on day 6 and your body says, "Fuck you, you're laying on the sofa today, eating a whole tin of mixed nuts, and reading fanfiction."
