Now having a tall glass of Elderberry-flower juice (with a shot of strawberry vodka).

Grilled bratwurst with sun-dried tomatoes and basil. Washing it down with sweetened ice tea. I plan on eating the whole pack of six brats and then pass out shamelessly afterward...

Really hard to get your hands on some of the more popular US softdrink brands. Same with Mountain Dew.

Bottles -the ones I found (in a 'border-shop' in Süderlügum) were cans!

Really hard to get your hands on some of the more popular US softdrink brands. Same with Mountain Dew.

Tell me about it

I've had increasing trouble finding cans of Schweppes Tonic (essential for G&Ts!) and Ginger Ale - But then, the fewer of those I buy, the less money I give to the Coca-cola company -and that's a good thing

After much experimentation I fund that it was not bad with a good measure of spiced rum

I might resort to buying Dr Pepper and Mountain Dew in bulk over at Amazon.de in case our Edeka doesn't keep a stock in the long run.

I just read up about it, apparently it has been available for a couple of years at some gas stations, but generally? No Dr Pepper at your local supermarkets
