What are you doing at this moment?

trying desparately to stay awake another 3 hours till I can go home. *sigh*
Didn't sleep well the last 3 or 4 nights and am beginning to feel the effects. I think tonight I'll give great-grandpa's special mix a try. He was an apothecary and invented a lot of highly effective (and tasty!) herbal teas. Since I hold the family archieves, I have his old recipe ledgers =) His special mix consists of melisse and passion flower leaves, primrose flowers, a hint of rosemary, dried hop and gooseberries, and a few spices I'll have to look up (propably a star anise - gramps had a faible for that one. And maybe a touch of liquorice root).

sound tactic, Santy. A tidy computer causes less troubles. I once had one that kept scratching a cable with its CPU fan. Took me a bit to find the cause of the weird sound and the malfunctions. But a bit of duct tape solved both problems.

I too am trying to stay awake. Had about 30 minutes of sleep last night. One of my worst insomniac episodes in a while.

It's my own fault for taking a nap around 4 PM, for two hours.

:(

This seems to be going around. I woke up at 4:30 this morning but I did at least get some sleep.

^me too. I slept with the window open for the first time this spring and the noise of the traffic on the Autobahn starts shortly before 5. Tonight I'll have a few audiobooks to drown out the trucks.

Good night everyone, and nice dreams (or naughty ones - whichever you prefer )

good afternoon :) I've just finished a particularly convoluted calculation. LOL if my old maths teacher could see me - he wouldn't believe his eyes :D. Never thought I'd ever say this but maths can actually be rather fun once you got the hang of it.

Are they of the four letter variety?

And speaking of that, what I'm doing right now is listening to the mailman outside my window dropping his box on his foot.

HE used a couple of four letter words.

No, I was actually trying to come up with compassionate words to talk to someone that I think might object to the concept I'm presenting.

and...
