What alternate/extended/director cuts would you like to see?

I am so tired of director's cuts, extended cuts, new edits, and ultimate editions. "Oh, but this isn't the real version of the film; you need to see the Ultimate Extended Director's Final Cut!" Just get it right the first time, for Christ's sake.

They tried. Then the studios...

These are (in my opinion) movies that were worsened by studio interferences and that are wayyyyyyyyyyyyy better in the Director's cuts:

1. Blade Runner
2. Once Upon A Time In America
   
3. Daredevil (yep!)
   
4. Touch Of Evil
5. Kingdom Of Heaven
   
6. Brazil
7. Watchmen (The addition of the Black Freighter comic was fantastic)
8. Dark City (my God here the studio SPOILED THE BIG SURPRISE in a stupid narration in the first two minutes of the movie).

I'd like to see a reworking or alternate version of Highlander The Source where in typical highlander fashion it gets an alternate title of Highlander The Sauce, with Duncan Methos and Joe embarking on a journey to find the perfect tomato based sauce for the Paella that's going to be sold at Duncan's new Spanish restaurant in Paris, called 'There can be only Juan'

Yes it sounds boring and nonsensical but would still be a massive improvement on the original version.

I don't think it ever even made it to the scripting stage, much less actually being shot, but I would love to see what the version of First Contact where they went back to the Renaissance instead of first contact with the Vulcans would have been like.

Whoever owns the Weinstein Company library should let all the directors who saw Harvey hack their movies into sub-2 hour runtimes repair the damage he caused.
