haha.. I really don't want to be THAT kind of Trek-fan... but...
This movie implies that minus Spock and Scotty, they all graduate at the same time, and get assigned to the Enterprise together. All the grown ups die, and they take over as the crew.
TOS first season had Kirk at 31-32, Uhura at 24, Sulu 28, Chevok at 20 and McCoy at 38.
Again, I'm not the nerdy guy here who is crying causes continuity is violated. If the story is great, screw continuity. I just wish that if they want this movie to be canon, they'd they'd really do their homework-- or conversely, if they weren't interested, then to just do what they want and not bother saying it fits.
