For TNG remasters they should have digitally inserted newly shot footage with Wil Wheaton as he is now. That would have been a hoot.

Usually, they have older versions of characters appearing, so all they do is age the actors. This would have been more difficult because it was a YOUNGER T'Pau.True, but it seems rare they find an actor that does. I'm still scratching my head on how Levar Burton grew up to be John Amos. And that was in the same production.
Anywhere from 30 to 100 is my guess.Here's an interesting question. The Vulcan doctor on TNG, Selar, who becomes a known character, has anyone any idea how old SHE is supposed to be? She looks young, but with Vulcans that doesn't mean much.
