Was Pulaski really hated that much by the fans?

If this was the same USS Repulse, than Pulaski maybe deceased.

In (the non canonical bits of) "All Good Things..." and "Nemesis" novelizations, Pulaski is still alive. Thus she was last seen alive and well at the Riker/Troi wedding.

Pulaski was very good, but Crusher fits into the TNG way better. I like crusher bettr, but I didn't mind the Dr, Pulaski "Female McCoy" too much.
