Spoilers WandaVision discussion thread

There's supposedly been a slight change to the post-credit scene in the final "WandaVision" episode on Disney+ ...

Apparently, some folks are saying that now, there's a Shadow/Ghostly image drifting down the mountain on the left side of the screen as the camera approaches the cabin.
(Dr. Strange?)

I kinda-sorta think I see it, but not positive myself.

I saw a side by side on TikTok last night........I see it. Can't believe they went to the trouble some something barely perceptible. But they also did a color correction to The Last Jedi last month........

Perhaps it'll be seen from Dr. Strange's POV at some point in the next movie?

Be pretty neat if that's how "The Multiverse of Madness" starts.

I believe in this particular situation, I'm gonna give Them a pass.

The COVID pandemic royally fuk'd-up Their original plans to actually include the Dr. Strange character in the series since Benedict was caught in another country when They were ready to film last year.
They've admitted COVID-19 wasn't the reason Dr. Strange/Benedict Cumberbatch didn't appear. They decided the character appearing would shift the focus of the audience off Wanda/Vision too much + it might appear as a advertising gimmick for the upcoming film "Multiverse of Madness".

I just watched this Variety interview from last month between the stars of the first three shows and Elizabeth Olsen pointed out something that I hadn't noticed nor have I seen anyone ever mention this: There's a potted tree that progressive grows older with each decade in every episode and then it's dead in the final episode. I can't believe I didn't notice that in my three viewings of the show. Something to look out for next time I watch it again.

The series, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, and Kathryn Hahn were all nominated for Emmys (in the Limited Series category)!

They, however, don't stand chance, not because it's Marvel, but because the competition is very good. Including The Queen's Gambit, Mare of Easttown, I May Destroy You, and little thing called Hamilton (the latter of which, honestly, is just unfair but oh well).

Edited to add: Matt Shakman was also nominated for directing and Jac Shaeffer, Laura Donney, and Chuck Wayard were all nominated for writing (three different episodes).
