Spoilers WandaVision discussion thread

I watched with captions on, and when Wanda was pouring the milk on the cereal, there were captions for a morning radio broadcast announcer, but there didn't seem to be any audible radio in the scene. It was rather odd.

I noticed that too.

Yep I noticed it too. Probably a post production mistake. Shouldn’t read too much into this... probably

She was in more than one episode? What else did she do other than help Wanda after Mystique broke her out of that mental institution?

When Mystique was turned to stone by one of the release mechanism for Apocalypse's chamber, Nightcrawler went to her for help on how to restore Mystique. She told him Rogue could help her, but Rogue was so angry at Mystique that when she had the chance she pushed the statue of her over a cliff and shattered it.

Apocalypse ended up recovering her pieces and reviving her, but at the time Rogue basically murdered her.

Oh. Am I the only one thinking that Monica‘s outfit (the space suit underplayed) looks vaguely like a TNG uniform?

Also not so vaguely like one of her costumes...

Really? That's opposite of what usually happens, captions/subtitles misses lines, sounds

There were some movies and shows where I could see the actors mouth words that wasn't included in the captions OR used wrong word(s).

One question though - how does Darcy know anything about the specific Vision details from Infinity War and Endgame. I can't imagine this being anything approaching public knowledge and i even think they declared Cap dead to explain his absence post Endgame battle ( when in reality he "just" travelled back in time and stayed there). I can't image everybody who's ever appeared in an MCU speaking role joining a Whatsapp group to keep up to date on events - it's either lazy writing to set up some events without the hassle of coming up with a more believable way or there's more to it.
Darcy has been hacked into the Sword network, could've got the info there I suppose.

It's like any subtitling. If it's a long speech they don't subtitle word for word they try to just give you the gist of what's being said because they can't put a paragraph on screen.

I watch a lot of shows subtitled and that's not uncommon to see subtitles for some background audio (not usually character dialog) that can't be readily made out. I guess it's to account for some expected audio that didn't end up in the final mix.

Is Agatha Harkness a name that Marvel fans would recognize? Any background non-comic fans should know?
She was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby all the way back in 1970 as Franklin Richard's nanny in the Fantastic Four. She's very prominent in both Franklin and Wanda's stories.

Some interesting bits of trivia given the circumstances, Jack Kirby modeled her on Agnes Moorehead character from Bewitched. Also, the Doctor Who character Captain Jack Harkness was named after Agatha.

A Youtube channel called Screen Culture has been posting episode previews, and I think they appear to official. I'm pretty sure I saw the same previews showing up on Marvel and Disney+'s Instagram feeds, and they have had footage that hadn't been shown before the preview.
I bring this up because I just watched the preview on there for next week's episode, and it shows
the shot of Dr. Strange walking up the stairs in the Sanctum Sanctorum, and also has a voice over from the movie. So it seems like they're saying he's going to be in the episode, but they're not using footage from the episode, so I'm not sure what to make of that.

Oh, I misremembered that to be Destiny instead of Agatha.
It kinda would have made more sense for it to be Destiny, imho...
And yeah that was weird, as far as I remember Rouge never faced any consequences for shattering Mystique's statue. Not even from Nightcrawler, who was *really* distraught about the whole thing.
