What constitutes Voyager fanfic, in your opinion(s)? I've got a story posted to the fanfic board here that involves a Starfleet officer, not assigned to Voyager, who originally came from the Delta Quadrant.

The story contains some flashbacks to his time in the DQ, involving DQ races that Voyager made First Contact with, though the rest of the story takes place right after the end of the Dominion War in the AQ.

If such a paltry link to Voyager sufficies, heck, I'll post a link to the story.
