As part of her command style, Janeway made it a point to speak directly to the "little people" whenever she could.

Then put it into the Voyager vault, sealed the vault doors with a level 10 authirization code, and, surrounded the whole thing with a lvl 12 forcefield. And finally, put up 10 security guards around the vault - all whom has no recolection of seeing you ever near the vault. How the hell did you manage to pass all that?

I'd very much like to know where these photos come from. The previous photo with Janeway standing on the left I especially like, and would appreciate a source of such photos for use for possible drawings. Shots of Janeway in the big chair with some detail...? Any info. appreciated....

Yeah I grab most of them from TrekCore. When started I did the screencaps myself but eventually it got to be a pain dragging out the DVD's and skimming through episodes week after week, though I did do a few caps while I was rewatching the show the past couple of months.
