I absolutely would avoid the Flotter one.Which Voyager holodeck programme would you want to take part in? (Multiple Vote). Think I included them all (the main ones).
Which ones would you avoid (no matter how many times Janeway ordered you to be there).
What holodeck programme would you create?
How can John Rhys-Davies be "boring"?Leonardo da Vinci: NO NO no no no totally boring. There, I said it.
I'd like this one, not only to be with da Vinci, but also to spend time in a renaissance Italian town. How can John Rhys-Davies be "boring"?Leonardo da Vinci: NO NO no no no totally boring. There, I said it.![]()
I'm not sure that's a holo-program as we know it. Museum curator Quarren denies it being a holodeck, only calling it a simulation. It must function similarly to a holo-program though, since the Doctor quickly learns how to create his own simulaton with it.How about "Living Witness"? It's the closest to Mirror!Voyager we're gonna get.
As far as I know, the movie theatre and Velocity program were for the whole crew. At least there's no reason why they'd be considered personal, limited to only one person and his/her chosen guests.I wanted to stick to the ones that the whole crew had access to and were ongoing (especially the ones that were used as social gatherings) rather than personal programmes.

Holodecks are so.. active.
But you could use them for curling up with a good book anywhere you wanted!
Just because it wasn't shown, that doesn't mean people couldn't have used it. Or are you suggesting that the only times in all those 7 years that anyone used the holodeck were in the episodes themselves and absolutely nothing else happened off-screen?The cinema wasn't ongoing enough and was just a prop for that one episode. As far as I know, the movie theatre and Velocity program were for the whole crew. I have no idea what you're referring to.Using the holodeck to play Velocity was like someone using an X-box to play pooh sticks. Also, you could play Velocity in real life.

Nah. I'd rather have a library, like in Beauty and the Beast. I would have a butler show up once in a while to bring me tea and little pastries to nibble on, and we could chat about our favourite books.
