Standing on a plug barefoot is better than that but I refer to several whole seasons and films in the below 31 club

If you say so. Personally there has been nothing (not even TATV) that gave me a sense of having no redeeming qualities whatsoever than S31 did.
Edit: I take that back. I liked Rachel Garrett's phaser. That was about it.
Oh yeah. I'll still take it over the likes of The Alternative Factor, Code of Honor, Let He Who is Without Sin, Profit and Lace, Threshold, A Night in Sick Bay, the aforementioned TATV and quite possibly Four and a Half Vulcans and others pretty much anytime.

Nope I wasn't particularly interested in it to start with and, being Irish myself, that was the worst excuse for an Irish accent I've ever heard so thats what did it for me.
I was hoping for Section 31 to be "middle of the pack" in my rankings for Star Trek movies. I never thought I'd like it as much as the TOS Movies and First Contact but I was still hoping I'd at least like it better than the rest.
What I got was something where... I like it better than Into Darkness. That's all I can say. So, based on that alone: it was a disappointment because it fell far short of where I thought I'd put it.

I haven't seen SNW S3; and ENT became a blur shortly after both times I went through the series (in 2010 and 2020), so I can't comment on those episodes... but as far as the TOS through VOY episodes you listed, I agree and could throw in some others.
Sight-unseen, I would put it in the category of "movies I wish I could wipe from the memory of history." Like the Bakshi version of LotR (yeah, just solarize the reference films and call it rotoscoping), or Rabbit Test, or (my favorite winged butt-monkey) the 1939 MGM Wizard of Oz.
BTW, I actually sat through the Bakshi LotR (it didn't just have an "uncanny valley"; it had an "uncanny pit"), and I even sat through Rabbit Test. Haven't seen the MGM Wizard since Judy Garland was still alive, mainly because of its tail-wagging-the-dog effect on popular conceptions of Oz.

I'll never understand why someone would wish to wipe a movie "from the memory of history" or some such, even a really bad one. Maybe it's hyperbole, but it seems like there's often someone popping up to say that a movie or show should be wiped out of existence. You see it in Star Wars, Star Trek, everything.
It's too close to book burning, which I don't see any reason to joke about, for me to dig.
If you don't like the movie, or the show, just move on from it, and that can be the end of it for you. Why is that so hard? How come you have to posture as if you'd make the choice for everyone else?

Because of how communication gets delivered on it, does the Internet just naturally encourage people to stake out only the most extreme positions, beyond the point of complete absurdity? Sad.
P. S. Section 31 blows. No plans to revisit. But I did like the makeup.

Catwoman was objectively worse than Section 31.
That said, I remember the shocking awfulness of Catwoman so at least it was memorable.
And maybe memorable is better than forgettable?
