vampires

I know my friend wants to see FRIGHT NIGHT so I'll probably wait until Monday to watch it with her and catch CONAN this weekend.

Conan, maybe. Fright Night looks like it will probably be a Netflixer for me.

so who has discided to go see FRIGHT NIGHT? and has any one herd the song "I AM A VAMPIRE"?

saw fright night today loved it I liked the guy who played the vampire and the changes were okay and I can deal with them.

started reading anne rice with interview with a vampire. I was wondering if anyone knew where the witches books fit in?

I don't know, I tired looking it up a couple days ago on wikipedia and it just has them listed separately.
Anyone who enjoys The Dresden Files, really should check out The Hollows series by Kim Harrison. I'm reading the first book right now, and I'm LOVING it. It has a very Dresdeny vibe to it, but not enough to feel like a rip off.

The Vampire Chronicles run to about book 6 or 7 then "Blackwood Farm" is the first cross over with the Mayfair Witches series, they continue to cross over from there on.

Now that this thread has surfaced again, I can't resist pointing out that my old science fiction vampire anthology, TOMORROW SUCKS, has just been reissued by Barnes & Noble as one of their exclusive bargain books.

Good to see it back in print again!

Book 3 of the Strain trilogy The Night Eternal is now avaible for pre-order on the NOOK.

all so found out that Tanya Huff''s blood books are aviable finally on the nook.
well except her anthology. but the other 5 are on the nook. yeah!!!

Brian Lumley: The Necroscope Series. Most of the politics of the novels is no longer relevent(Cold War era stuff),but not really dwelled on in depth either. The Vampires are terrific and well developed. There are some truely evil and twisted vampires in this series of books.

yeah the only problem is that a lot of them are out print and none of them are on the nook.
