USS Titan 3D pic????

You can say that. Ellery really want the bridge to look good so he is figuring out what he is going to do with it.

After looking at this year's Ships of the Line calendar and being disappointed, I have to wonder why a great ship like the Titan was not included? The Enterprise D pictures were boring. With all the different Trek ship, why so many of the "D"? Hows about a petition? Give the fans what they want, more variety!

Well, keep at it. :) The Ships of the Line calendars are the perfect place for ships like the Titan to shine.

Wow. Those are some complicated angles. Nice work! (nice work Ellery that is :p)

I simply cannot get over the detail of these shots, truely amazing work. I really like the 3D so far, when it's done Sean could you take us all for a ride in it?! (I had to ask, no self restraint)

When is she gonna be done? She's really grown on me with these images... I wanna see the ship in her glory, now.

Any chance of some interior blueprints/schematics from Pocket?

They should get you and Sean Robertson to coordinate and design the key areas - bridge, engineering, sickbay - and... I dunno, at least do blueprints. Though Sean could do some fantasmic 3ds...

Wish they had done a contest to design the Chancellor Class for the Gorkon books - she looks to much like a Vor'Cha.

This isn't really a new mesh update, but since I had a request from a model maker on starship builder ask for these shots I figured I would post them here as well.

*Note these shot where taken from a older version of MJ's meshes so there are some bugs.

The model maker wanted closer looks at the nacells and the deflector area of the Titan so this is what we gave him.

Please forgive me if this has been asked or even answered before, but I have not heard of it yet... can anyone tell me when the Titan novel with artwork of the ship will be in bookstores? I always look for the newest Titan novel whenever I go to my local Borders, but so far the most recent on on the shelves is "The Red King".

Too bad... I'm really looking forward to getting and reading it. Oh, well... just gotta wait... :D

Here is a 3D mesh update.
This is
what Ellery has recently sent me. He fixed the Torpedo tubes under the
deflector dish, added RCS pacs along the saucer section, and finally has
added the bridge.

I have also added the revised cover that Pocket Books sent him.

... I'm trying really hard to see what the cover revisions are... but I think I'm getting too old. ;)

Looks pretty much as I remember it, but I also remember that there were a few "bug"... just can't recall what they were.

Ya know, I'd been under the impression that you had windows ringing the primary hull edge, but it now resembles an oversized version of the "sensor pallet" ring on the 1701-D. Was I misinterpreting then, am I misinterpreting NOW, or is this a change?

Ya know... the whole "catamarans" bit really makes the most sense to me when I think of them in terms of the whole "deleted scenes from Nemesis" context... ie, that Titan was going to have dual warp cores (according to Wesley Crusher who was going to be assigned to the ship). Two catamarans, each with a warp core... the more I look at it, the more sense it makes to me.
