USS Enterprise (eventually) on Discovery?

I don't think any Trek line at any point has been particularly successful?
The Playmates line in the 90s was pretty big and lasted a good seven years, which is fairly good for any toy line. But it was never Hasbro/Star Wars big, and it faded when TNG ended and it focused more on the collectors market than kids.

Could be worse.
Many races believe that the creation of the Universe involved some sort of God, though the Jatravartid people of Viltvodle VI believe that the entire Universe was in fact sneezed out of the nose of a being known as the Great Green Arkleseizure. The Jatravartids live in perpetual fear of the time they call "the Coming of the Great White Handkerchief," somewhat similar to the Apocalypse. However, the Great Green Arkleseizure theory is not widely accepted outside Viltvodle VI and so, the Universe being as wide and strange as it is, other explanations are constantly being sought by different races throughout the Galaxy.

When the Enterprise was refitted for TMP, am I remembering correctly that the bridge module that was removed was at some point installed into the Constitution-class ship that Picard mentioned to Scotty, in 'Relics', that he'd seen in the fleet museum?

And which ship was that? Lexington? Did they ever say?

I think he just said "one like it". One of the novels (Crossover?) had Scotty steal a Connie from a museum, which happened to have the Enterprise's bridge module, plus the cloaking device from The Enterprise Incident.

The Republic? That starship was once mentioned or alluded to as being the oldest ship still in active service but was confined to Earth's solar system. The Republic might have been the only Constitution-class starship still in existence by the TNG/DS9/VOY Era.

Boy, they've never really sorted out the Republic situation. I have seen it shown much more often as a Baton Rouge-class ship than a Connie:

Also the Mego Star Trek line was one of the more successful Mego toys.

On Netflix, Toys That Made Us has an entire episode on Star Trek toys. Although it spends a lot of time comparing them to Star Wars’ success.
