That and when looking at her from above and behind, it's always reminded me of a voluptuous woman lying on her back with her knees in the air, legs spread...
And if that ain't a salaciously titillating image, then I don't know what I'm still doing living in my mother's basement.
JJ style Klingons then presenting Pike's ship as a variant of the PHase II design, canonically, we don't know that she didn'thave that style of nacelle, it's possible under Kirk the ship underwent a nacelle swapout from the second pilot to the series, but the Producers and CBS have deceitfully presented DSC as being in the Prime universe, while taking measures to distance it from that and align it with the Kelvin Uni (I took particular note of Frakes' comments about the producers wanting the show shot in a similar styke) , as far as I'm concerned DSC is a bad fan film, don't give me a bowl of frozen crap and tell me it's chocolate ice cream

Yep. The JJ Klingons look a lot better. 
Meh. They'd get more bang for their buck publicity-wise if they'd cut the tease in this episode and shown the equivalent scene in the first trailer for season two, get us all fired-up then rather than have it be old news and try to excite us just with what the bridge will look like, and who will be Pike, Spock, and Number One, rather than blowing our minds with the revelation that the crossover is happening at all as the first salvo in the promotional campaign.
I'll probably still make a fuss about it, but now it'll be inexorably linked to my "Discovery got way back on its bullshit in that finale and made me regret all the nice things I said in the middle of the season" opinion.
Just like Cal Hudson did.

There is no slavish adherence to looks, speech or uniforms here. USS KELVIN uniforms are within Prime, since they are before Narada's attack.
The Enterprise gets refit a lot. Nacelle swap-out is not inconceivable.
JJ Style Klingons? Only in that they are bald. Is Chang a JJ Klingon too? Only without the bling and pointed ears? Oh, that also must mean they fit very well with the rest of Klingons we've seen:

But you do you, if you get more enjoyment from watching the same episodes over and over, year after year until you die because the new people dare to add their own touch to makeup and CG effects, more power to you.

No, it's there. You can see the white light on the dome glowing as the ship swoops down in her approach. There's a bridge module there that looks like the classic TOS one. More or less. I can't tell because we didn't get more than a momentary glimpse of it.

Its about as real as every other imaginary Enterprise. If you want to see the real spaceship enterprise, OV-101 is on display onboard the Intrepid, in New York.
