For #4. Would the fans be more pissed if the bridge wasn’t shown or if it was but it followed in the design of the Discoprise (similar to the original design but still very different).

There's no pleasing some people. The bridge will be updated for a 21st century audience, but will still be quite recognizable, much in the same way the Disco Enterprise was (and yes, we're all aware of what this will imply -- see the first sentence of this post).

Yes, she and her mom watched TOS together.

Are there really no more screenshots of the Enterprise from season 2 than what's been posted already?

It's been in spacedock, so only mentions no sightings.

Number One is the only new thing or person from the Enterprise that we've seen since the season premiere, and she took off right after beaming aboard Discovery to brief Pike about current developments.

That's a bummer. From the few screenshots I've seen here it looks as if they put a lot of work into details and textures for 1701. One hopes that we'll see her again.

At this point I'll be happy if all we get is a viewscreen glimpse of the Enterprise bridge.

She’ll probably show up in the second half of the season to save the day some how.

At the very least we should see her again when Pike returns to the ship after the repairs are done.

Will be surprised if the show runners don't take the opportunity to show off the ToS Enterprise they come up with.

RCSs are put it a location causing scorching of the hull; poor engineered choice.
They must have just got a new, smaller dish since the Cage. :vulcan:

How so? It's on the outer edge of the saucer.

I'm referring to the second set just below the blue dot. They look scorched (only slightly, though) to me including contaminating the blue dot itself. The ones on the upper edge above the blue dot don't scorch the hull. Am I not seeing things right?

I think it's just a "weathering" effect on the panel, since there are other panels of a similar shade that are not right above the thrusters (the darkened vertical line on the saucer's edge to the right of the five windows, for example).

I dunno, the one above the thrusters could be intended to represent scorch marks, like you said.

It's not really important and you are right to point out other spots of weathering. I like the look and design of the thrusters. Small, almost invisible, but add technical realism to the ship.

Discovery has the same kind of RCS thrusters, but a lot larger.

I'm hoping during a Pike era Enterprise series.
