Church on Sundays - mini-mall Mon thru Sat.
Playground on school days - parking lot all other times.
Parliament; days - night club; nights.
...
Daytime kindergarten - evening time; family restaurant.

Reading the comments I learnt that the market is actually in Samut Songkram which is south of Bangkok and that only 2 to 4 trains pass through a day.
