"Trials and Tribble-ations" Line-by-Line

[Brian]

SISKO: I found the bomb. Lock onto my tricorder signal and beam it into space.

 

[CoveTom]

KIRK (over comm): Acknowledged.

[Defiant bridge]

KIRA: Kira to Sisko. It worked.

 

[Brian]

KIRK: And as captain I want two things done.
(Dax tosses out a tribble.)
KIRK: First, find Cyrano Jones.
(Tribble falls on Kirk.)
KIRK: And second... close that door.

 

[Leandar]

Sisko: After the bomb was detonated, history continued uninterrupted, and thanks to the tribbles, Kirk was able to uncover the truth about Darvin.

 

[Brian]

KIRK: They don't like you, Mr. Darvin. I wonder why? Bones?

 

[Leandar]

McCoy: Heartbeat is all wrong. His body temperature is... Jim, this man is a Klingon.

 

[Brian]

SISKO: By the time we returned to the Defiant, Major Kira had discovered how to use the Orb to bring us back to our own time.

 

[Leandar]

Dulmur: And that's when you returned the present?

 

[LeadHead]

Sisko: Well, not exactly. Before we returned to the present, I realized there was one thing I had to do. Something I'd been thinking about ever since I first saw that old ship on the screen....

Sisko walks up to Kirk on the Bridge.

Sisko: Excuse me Captain, but I have tomorrows duty roster for your approval.

And we change from Trouble with Tribbles reused footage to Mirror, Mirror reused footage.

 

[Leandar]

Kirk: Lieutenant... ah, Lieutenant...

 

[Ziz]

Sisko: Benjamin Sisko, sir. I've been on temporary assignment here. Before I leave, I just want to say it's been an honor serving with you, sir.

 

[Leandar]

(Kirk nods and smiles. While he signs the report, Sisko smiles back at Kirk)

Kirk: All right Lieutenant, carry on.

 

[CoveTom]

SISKO: Thank you, sir.

 

[Leandar]

Sisko (cont.): Now, if you want to put a letter of reprimand in my file for that, then go ahead.

Lucsly: We'll have to review the case before making any recommendations.

 

[CoveTom]

DULMUR: However, I don't think there was any harm done. Probably would have done the same thing myself.

 

[Leandar]

Dulmur (cont.): You'll be receiving our report in about a month. But based on what you've told us, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Sisko: I'm glad to hear it.

 

[LeadHead]

Dulmur: Goodbye Captain.

 

[Brian]

SISKO: Goodbye.
