Always loved this Phaser design, one of the best things to come out of the production design team of Star Trek V!

One of these would look great in my geek display Im planning for my new house along side my childhood Playmates TOS communicator and ITD QMX Phaser!

Agreed. Except that Shatner had them use the slide battery/bulb access as a cocking gag. Why 'cock' a phaser? WTH? Which is why mine have their cowls permanently anchored. Like in VI.
