trek movie prototypes

That's very good news that Bana's figure wasn't sporting the "spock" haircut that seemed to be on all of the 24th century Rommulans. I hated those Romulans with their frankenstein brows and bad Spock wigs. The TOS Romulans all had normal hair.

THanks for all the details debush24, do you remember if the transporter playset was round like most of the transporters we've seen over the years?

A Romulan ship that is organic and squid-like? That seems VERY odd to me, but it could perhaps be whatever ship or device is used to travel back into time?

What about the Drone ship from Enterprise. It was joked to look like a flea.

I don't remember what the drone ship looked like at all from Enterprise. Anyone have a screenshot?

my brain feels like an ipod!trying to remember all this is like when u play the memory game with a tray of objects and then they take away the damn thing and u have to recollect as much as possible!
The transporter playset was torquise and red with the good old transporter glass rings that the crew will step on to,round in shape, cuttaway section semi to the left to gain access 4 the figures, again faithful to the show,my guess the production designer took to the idea, what would of happened if the show ran a couple of more seasons and had a bigger budget, apply that and u basically have the look they have gone for!phew!

Nah, I think he's legit. The show ran this week, and these things have been verified by other sources, just not to this detail.

Thanks for the transporter info!

Im not bullshiting,Ive never posted in my life or been to many forums, just wanted to share what I saw and tell the good news that its not a revamp or a drastic wrong direction as far as the designs go.When I first went into the show room,I thought,ah...there doing a st tos range as well, cool!then I started looking for the movie characters, and realised that the actors heads were on the 60s figures!!Any way time will tell.

hey anyone interested in the new hulk, indy, and iron man?
those toys are going to be cool, indy being the best, they didnt show much of indy4,but the line of merch was focused on the past 3 indy films.
The best was a german truck from raiders,u can connect indys wip to the back, well u know the rest..Tim roths abomination was cool 4 the hulk, also the clone wars animated toyline was fun.Saw prototypes 4 the james bond figure range, great detail, they are doing roger moore jumping over crocs from live and let die.expensive year for us fan boys!

Just to clarify your interpretation of colours, can you describe or post a colour image of the "Turquoise" you saw for us... Anything turquoise will do. I know what turqouise is, but not everyone has a handle on it so I don't quite trust people when they say something is of a specfic colour.

It was a specific colour because I held it in my hands, black main body.turquoise on top with gold buttons,if u want guys give me a day or 2 and I will sketch what I saw,u have to remember this was not a star trek convention or a toy shop,I had a hard time enough containing my composure!,also these are protos and they had only just got the licence,so when u see the paint applications,it will not be final, saying that feb toyfair is around the corner.

patrick just done a quick photoshop job over existing st tos phaser,to prove im new to all of this, how do u get the image ive done onto the forum page!

If you want, you can upload your photo to http://imageshack.us/ They will give you some links, just post the direct link to it as I think you have to have an X number of posts before you can actually post images.

Ah! it's simple!

Just go to image shack or photobucket, load your image, go back to BBS, reply, click image (a box will pop up to add your image URL), keep the Trek BBS window open, go back to photobucket (or whatever), copy the photo URL, then go back to Trek BBS where it pretty much asked you to.

See? Simple.
