Tracy Scoggins (Lochley) was on DS9?

I found out something very new regarding DS9 today. I've been watching Babylon 5 a lot, and am currently in Season 5. Before when I watched Season 5 and Crusade, I really liked Lochley, and now I think I even like her more. Anyway, I found out today that Scoggins was on DS9 in the episode Destiny. I had to pull out the episode and watch her character, and while it was her, I guess under all that make up it didn't seem like her. Also the voice didn't seem the same, but it was her. I find that cool that she was on a DS9 episode, even though it was hard to notice at the time.
