According to the Chapters/Indigo website, this one is showing up in stores already, so I thought it might be a good time to get the review thread up. I don't have it yet, but two stores near me have it in, so hopefully soon! Really looking forward to reading the conclusion!

According to the Chapters/Indigo website, this one is showing up in stores already, so I thought it might be a good time to get the review thread up. I don't have it yet, but two stores near me have it in, so hopefully soon! Really looking forward to reading the conclusion!

I really liked the first two books in this series and can't wait for this one. But there are no book stores left in San Francisco that stock Trek books so I need to special order everything.

Rather uncharacteristically, two of the local B&Ns (the most convenient two, of course) physically have them, but are sitting on them as if they were the next J. K. Rowling hardcover.

I have encountered that from time to time at B&N before. Yet with this book, I reserved it on Thursday and bought it on Friday, without any issue.

Got it, but in the middle of reading a fantasy series at the moment (Schooled in Magic by Christopher Nuttall), don't want to get my genres twisted so will be reading this after I've finished that.

Just finished it last night! An excellent and enjoyable read. I've mostly gravitated more towards Enterprise and post-Destiny novels, but this trilogy has been fantastic.

One small quibble:

Spoiler: About a small section in the book.

I was a little thrown off when the Klingon captain was shown to be thinking about the Treaty of Algeron--which isn't signed until 2311! It's not a big thing but I threw me out of the story for a moment. Nothing too big, though.
