TNG's "The Neutral Zone" How would you cope in this one?

I'm going to assume I'm evil for this hypothetical exercise. I'm going to spend the first few years obtaining the technology from Kataan that enabled Picard to live a lifetime in a few moments. I'll then interface it with a Starfleet archive containing all of the most interesting technology they've discovered in the last two hundred years. I'll live a lifetime in a matter of an hour, picking my way through all of the grand technology. SF may figure this out, but I'll be gone long before they discover the breach. I'll obtain vital Borg secrets, cloaking technology, backward aging, planetary recombination (via Genesis), Trill symbiotic knowledge, slipstream technology, AI consciousness, consciousness transfer technology, Betazoid telepathic blocking techniques, holographic projection technology, Barclay's brain enhancer, genetic manipulation, Alkar's neurotransmitter, the interdimensional core from Pegasus, and various other, galaxy-terrorizing artifacts.

I'll then transform myself into some sort of variant of Thanos and begin collecting my acolytes. I'll show the Founders my superior, transmogrifying ability. I'll pose a question to them. What if the Great Link can be manifest galaxy wide? What if Trills can serve as conduits for the Link to attain so much of the AQ's secrets? What limits are there for us? They'll agree and I'll use them until I'm ready to consume them. They will be linked to me, but I will be so much more. Too late, they will be consumed. I will dance in the heavens. I will plunder amongst the cherubs. Light will behave differently. Vinge's partitions will reign.

And, finally, I will play cards with Worf and Data. Suggesting hidden schemes by each to draw them into neverending belligerence. And I shall have peace.

Cool let's from the Evil Trek Brotherhood

I'd be gaining tech and learning it and become an overlord of some small planet. Learn as much as I can then travel back to the present and enslave Earth and force the fuckers to have peace or get a quantum torpedo in their backyard.

Travel the galaxy. See cool stuff. Amazing medicine. Holodecks.

The best thing of all… I don’t have to get a fucking job.

I’d be fine with it. I’d miss various loved ones, but I’d somehow get over it.

^ I wonder how easy galactic travel is for the average joe/jane in the 24th century. I mean those people that can't hop on and off on Starfleet vessels because they aren't Starfleet officers or high-ranking scientists/diplomats/experts on important missions.

We know rich people get their own (modest) ships, but are there regular transports going between (say) Earth and Vulcan for those people who don't get to have a vessel of their own?

Is a Risa holiday (for example) a luxury everyone gets to enjoy, or just the happy few (starfleet officers among them)?

Those are all the things that I would like to see in a future Trek show but let's face it that ain't going to happen
