TNG moments that made you laugh.

That scene (I forget the episode name) where a Ferengi kidnaps Lwaxana - and Picard has to talk him into giving her back.

It was once my sig line, but here goes:

"A Matter Of Honor" - Riker aboard the Pal.

Female Klingon: He is not very attractive, but I will have him.

Male Klingon: We wonder how you would endure.

Riker: Endure what?

Male Klingon #2: Them. (Gestures at the two female Klingons)

Riker, with a serious look, says, "One, or both?"

After they stop laughing;

Female Klingon: "I will be back for you." (Gives hideous smile)

As the female Klingons leave, Riker, with a worried look asks one of the male Klingons "Is she serious?"

Male Klingon: Yes.

Just. Awesome.

Worf is very funny in Liaisons. He makes that episode watchable. The whole plot with him trying to keep his cool around that prick ambassador was great. Just watch the way he cuts that ham (or was it a turkey?) in Ten Foward like it's the ambassador's head.

And then this great exchange between him and Data...

Data: I have heard that in moments of diplomatic tension, it is often helpful to find elements of commonality.

Worf: Ambassador Byleth is... demanding, temperamental and rude!

Data: You share all of those qualities in abundance. Perhaps you should try to build on your similarities.

I'd almost forgotten that scene. Good stuff. Liaisons is a very underrated episode.

Menage a Trois.
Remember Manhunt when Lwaxana hits that age when she has desires and Picard is her main target.
A date and Data is the entertainment with his anecdotes.

Data: A man for all seasons. Those who knew him loved him. Those who did not know him, loved him from a far.
Picard: Data, I think you're just about done.
Data: I am not finished Sir.
Picard: Data you are.-The Schizoid Man

Keevas: You will go back to your room and you will sit in your chair!-The Most Toys.

Picard: I understand your curiosity Data but these people were dead, what more can we do for them?-The Neutral Zone

Picard:You still remember who you are don't you?
Riker: Of course I do. I'm Captain Jean-Luc Picard!
Picard:Yes of course Captain. The Admiral (motions to Data) and I were just on our way to congradulate you.
Data: Sir I do not believe that you have the authority to promote me to the rank of Admiral.-Shades Of Gray

I still love in Contagion where Geordi gets zapped, and Data instinctivly throws him across the room.

Geordi: (sprawled out on the floor) Data.

Data: Yes?

Geordi: What happened?

Data: Any answer would be mere speculation. This yet another example of how our actions have random results.

Geordi: Thanks, Data. I noticed.

And then in Up The Long Ladder...

DANILO: What the hell was that thing?

WORF: Automated fire system. A force field contains the flame until the remaining oxygen within the field has been consumed.

DANILO: What if I had been under that thing?

WORF: You would have been standing in the fire.

Another good choice. One part I particularly enjoy in that episode is where Deanna is explaining to Picard about 'The Phase' that Betazoid women go through.

Plus Riker sitting on the sidelines, doing a double-take about the multiplier on Betazoid sexuality (Deanna says to him "I didn't want to frighten you.,,,"), then grinning hugely - and then cheerfully congratulating his Captain on his good fortune.

Always loved this exchange from that episode:

Breanna O'Neill gives Worf a major talking to about various problems.
Worf eyes her with definite respect, and asks "Madam, have you ever considered a career in security?"
Her response is "Well if it's anything like babysitting, then I'm an authority!"

Riker: (enters 10-Forward)
Riker: I haven't seen you before. (to Lal)
Lal: (Lal grabs Riker and kisses him)
Data: (walks in)
Data: Commander, what are your intentions towards my daughter?
Riker: Your daughter?

Great scene. At that stage, Riker probably wondered if he was on the right ship.

The comedy in TNG, esp. that between the main cast members, is really warm and genial; it's one of my favourite aspects of the series.

Off the top of my head, this exchange from Manhunt stands out:

End of previous scene, Lwaxana claims Picard was thinking about having sex with her all through dinner... cut to the ready room and Troi telling this to Picard...

Picard: I was WHAT?
(Riker is there too, loving every second of this)
Picard (continuing: I tell you Deanna, for a telepath, your mother's accuracy leaves much to be desired.
Troi: Actually, her telepathic prowess is quite advanced. Except for now.
Riker (trying to be serious): Except for now?
Troi (to Picard): My mother is beginning a physiological phase. It's one that all Betazoid women must deal with as they enter midlife.
Riker (nodding): Yes, it's something Troi warned me about when we first started to see each other. A Betazoid woman, when she goes through this phase... quadruples her sex drive.
Troi: Or more.
Riker (double-takes): Or more? You never told me that.
Counselor Troi (grins sheepishly): I didn't want to frighten you.

Riker's changing expressions throughout really make it laugh out loud funny. Frakes hams it up beautifully. :D

Data finally beating Kolrami at Stratagema in "Peak Performance".

(Riker and Pulaski enter as a Strategema game between Data and Kolrami is in full flow. The crowd is very excited. The scores are up to 32000 and climbing. Kolrami is sweating, Data is unblinking and has a slight smile)
KOLRAMI: Bah! (throws off the controls)
DATA: Why have you suspended the game?
KOLRAMI: Because this is not a rematch. You have made a mockery of me.
(Kolrami exits in a huff)
RIKER: Data, you beat him!
DATA: No, sir. It is a stalemate.
WORF: No game of Strategema has ever gone this high.
LAFORGE: What did you do?
DATA: I simply altered my premise for playing the game.
RIKER: Explain.
DATA: Working under the assumption that Kolrami was attempting to win, it is reasonable to assume that he expected me to play for the same goal.
WESLEY: You didn't.
DATA: No. I was playing only for a standoff, a draw. While Kolrami was dedicated to winning, I was able to pass up obvious avenues of advancement and settle for a balance. Theoretically, I should be able to challenge him indefinitely.
PULASKI: Then you have beaten him.
DATA: It is a matter of perspective, Doctor. In the strictest sense, I did not win.
TROI & PULASKI: Data!
DATA (a beat): I busted him up.

Worf: With all due respect, BE GONE!! Sir.

---

Worf: I will feed the cat.

And of course there was quite a bit of awkwardness in "A Fist Full Of Data's".
