Some highlights for me are;

Deja Q; Q making Data laugh/the moment when the Mexican band appears and then cigars appear in everyones mouths.

Worf telling us that he's not a merry man.

Anyone got any others?

The more I think about it, the more it strikes me how amusing a character Q actually was.
