Aversion

During the recovering weeks following Worf's near death spinal injury, Simon Tarses, who at Picard's insistence still serves on the Enterprise, oversees the administration of his medical treatments. While Worf realizes Simon had never deserved to be interrogated in the Admiral Satie hearings, he nevertheless has continued to hold him in less regard for hiding his Romulan ancestry, lying about it to Starfleet, & in all truth, for being ancestrally Romulan in general.

His discomfort around Simon raises concerns about his bigotry, and in the end, it's his part human son that illuminates him to a better judgement of people.

Meanwhile, for Deanna's birthday, Riker throws her a party in which he takes it upon himself to be the chef that prepares the feist, and everyone is faced with finally pointing out to him that he's a pretty awful cook & that for all those years, his dad never told him, to spare his feelings.

"King For A Day": Geordi is confused when everybody aboard the Enterprise-D begins acting deferential towards him - obeying his every whim, fearing his punishment, treating him like royalty. It happens slowly enough that he initially is pleased that everything seems to be going his way. It takes a dark turn when whispers of a mutiny against Captain Picard and installing Geordi as captain instead begins to circle among the crew. With the help of Data, who is unaffected but pretends to be, Geordi hopes to solve the mystery and save Picard from an assassin...but it could be anyone!
