She became an FBI agent in 1996 tracking down a time-hopping Amanda Plummer in The Outer Limits episode titled "A Stitch in Time", though it has nothing to do with anyone named Garak.

Goldfinger was the first Bond film I saw as a kid. And I always assumed that Pussy Galore's statement meant that she wasn't a ditz and had a brain that worked. And could see through Bond's methods.

During the first 47 days of Fesarius contact with unknown races, Bailey is slowly driven insane realizing Balok can easily destroy any ship they encounter. He finally cracks up, smashing the first contact dummy and forcing Balok to execute Bailey for violating First Federation initial contact protocols.
Although saddened to lose an old friend, Balok replaces the broken dummy with Bailey's corpse.
